This is the second commissioned drawing for a friend's holiday gifting. It's a parody on his brother who raises ducks, made his own log splitter, and is in possession of several broken riding lawn mowers. The names are supposed to follow the "on Dasher, on Dancer" cadence from "The Night Before Christmas".

Thanks to everyone who gave me great advice about how to introduce Jason to fandom and LJ. It turns out breaking the ice was as easy as everyone suspected. He didn't even blink when I mentioned that an open tab was Jack/Daniel (adult) fiction. I don't know what I've been worrying about. All I needed was a nudge in the right direction.

I'm spending a relaxing night at home curled up on my couch with my laptop watching a recent Rob Lowe Lifetime movie, "Too Late to Say Goodbye." &hearts &hearts &hearts Rob Lowe hasn't aged a day in 10 years. He's mesmerizing. I also caught up on this week's Bones, Glee and House - all of which were PERFECT. House + Wilson = BLISS.

Totally unrelated, I paid off my car! \o/ CJ is all mine! Now I just need to take care of her and remember not to wait so long to get my oil changed.

This week promises to be grueling but it ends with a trip to NY for Hanukkah and, on Sunday, dinner with kiffle and, the following weekend, a visit from carta! I CAN NOT WAIT!
